Thief snatches bag with two Rolex watches in Midtown Manhattan heist Police are searching for the suspect who fled with one of the stolen luxury watches by Breaking Local News Report March 1, 2025 March 1, 2025 248 NEW YORK — A suspect stole a bag containing two Rolex watches from a 22-year-old man in front of 592 Fifth Avenue on Tuesday evening, police said. The robbery occurred at approximately 5 p.m. The suspect forcibly took the bag before fleeing eastbound on 49th Street. One of the two stolen watches was recovered moments after the incident between Fifth and Sixth avenues. The victim was not injured.
