URBANA, OHIO – Andrew Walters of Urbana won $20,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, 40th Anniversary Millions.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Walters will receive $14,400.
He purchased his winning ticket at Steve’s Market & Deli #3 located at 184 E. Maple St in North Lewisburg.
