BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. – A 29-year-old woman has been arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder after a man was shot early Saturday in Baltimore County, police announced Wednesday.

Baltimore County Police said detectives arrested Jada Hatcher on Tuesday in connection with the Aug. 29 shooting in the unit block of Solar Circle in the 21234 ZIP code.

Hatcher is being held without bond and faces multiple charges, including attempted first-degree murder, according to police. The department did not list the remaining charges in its update.

Man Found Shot on Solar Circle

Officers were called to Solar Circle at approximately 4:10 a.m. Saturday after receiving reports of a shooting.

When officers arrived, they found an adult man suffering from a gunshot wound to a lower extremity. He was taken to an area hospital with an injury police described as apparently non-life-threatening.
