STROUDSBURG, PA – One lucky lottery player who played a $5 Million Money Maker scratch-off ticket at Weiss Markets on North 9th Street has won the jackpot.

The jackpot-winning ticket was worth $5,000,000 before taxes.

For selling the ticket, Weiss Markets will receive a $10,000 bonus.
