Elmont, NY — The New York Lottery announced that a third-prize-winning ticket worth $50,000 was sold for the June 10 Powerball drawing.
The winning ticket was sold at Matos Sons Food Market, located at 271 Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont.
Powerball numbers are drawn from a field of one to 69, while the red Power Ball is drawn from a separate field of one to 26. Powerball drawings are televised every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
