BALTIMORE, Md. — Early Monday morning, a shooting in the 5200 block of Saint Charles Avenue left an unidentified man dead, prompting a homicide investigation by Northwest District patrol officers.
At approximately 12:12 a.m. on July 29, officers responded to a shooting report and discovered the victim with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the rapid response of medics, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
