BALTIMORE, MD — Baltimore officers arrested a 16-year-old male following an investigation on Tuesday night.
Around 10:30 p.m., officers were conducting an investigation in the 2600 block of West Franklin Street, which led to the arrest and seizure of a loaded handgun and controlled dangerous substances (CDS).
The teen was taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility and has been charged as an adult.
