Range Rover stolen in Staten Island, suspect at large

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Police are searching for a man who stole a Range Rover from a Staten Island street earlier this month.

The incident occurred on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at approximately 12:29 p.m. in front of 393 Lake Avenue. According to authorities, an unidentified individual approached a white 2017 Range Rover, entered the vehicle, and fled northbound on Lake Avenue.

No injuries were reported in the incident.

The suspect is described as a male with a dark complexion, slim build, and a moustache. The stolen vehicle has New York license plates with the number HTV6438.

The investigation is ongoing, and no arrests have been made.
