Henderson County Distributes Supplies and Meals at Resource Hubs

HENDERSON COUNTY, NC – Henderson County officials have announced the operation of six resource hubs to distribute water and other essential supplies. These efforts are supported by volunteers and county employees. The hubs will operate on Thursday at 9 a.m., providing crucial resources to the community.

The resource hubs are located at Etowah Elementary, Rugby Middle, East Henderson High, North Henderson High, Mills River Town Hall, and Fletcher Town Hall. These sites will facilitate the distribution of water and other necessary supplies as they become available.

In addition to the distribution of supplies, free hot meals to go will be provided twice daily at four of the designated hub locations. The hot meals will be available on a first come, first served basis, around noon and 5 p.m. The locations offering meals include Etowah Elementary, East Henderson High, North Henderson High, and Mills River Town Hall.
