Stabbing Incident Under Investigation in Whitehall Borough

Pittsburgh, PA The Allegheny County Police Department’s Homicide Unit is investigating a reported stabbing in Whitehall Borough. The incident occurred Sunday evening, with County 9-1-1 receiving notification at 6:39 p.m.

First responders arrived at the 1600 block of Skyline Drive and discovered a 37-year-old woman with an apparent stab wound. She was pronounced deceased at the scene. Detectives are now conducting the investigation.

Authorities are urging anyone with information about the incident to contact the County Police Tip Line at 1-833-ALL-TIPS. Tipsters may remain anonymous.
