Boston, MA – Kaitlyn Mclean, 37, of Ipswich, was arrested on Saturday for shoplifting by officers from District D-4 (South End).
Officers responded to a report of shoplifting in progress at Lululemon on 776 Boylston Street. They were given a description of a female suspect who allegedly stole thousands of dollars in merchandise and then headed towards Dicks Sporting Goods.
Upon locating the suspect, officers witnessed her dropping the stolen items. Officers recovered forty-eight pieces of merchandise with an estimated value of $4,812.94.
Mclean was charged with Larceny over $1,200. Further, it was discovered that she had an active Shoplifting Warrant and she is expected to be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court.
