Duquesne, PA – The Allegheny County Police Department’s Homicide Unit responded to a request for assistance in Duquesne following a fatal shooting incident.
County 9-1-1 was notified of the shooting at the intersection of South 5th Street and Viola Way at 5:09 a.m. on Thursday. Upon arrival, first responders discovered an adult male deceased from a single gunshot wound to the chest.
Detectives have commenced an investigation into the incident. The police are urging anyone with information to contact the County Police Tip Line at 1-833-ALL-TIPS, guaranteeing anonymity for callers.
