NEWARK, N.J. — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating Nakita Williams, a 36-year-old Newark woman who was reported missing on Monday, January 27.

Williams was last seen on Bergen Street in Newark. She is described as 4 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 145 pounds, and was wearing a green bubble coat, blue jeans, and white Nike sneakers. Her hair was styled in two round ponytails.

Police say Williams is in good physical and mental health and is known to frequent Scheerer Avenue near Hunterdon Street and the 500 block of Elizabeth Avenue.
