Wilkes-Barre Police Arrest Man for Trespassing and Drug Possession

Wilkes-Barre, PA – The Wilkes-Barre City Police Department dealt with a case of criminal trespass on Tuesday. At 1:37 pm, officers received a report about individuals trespassing on South River Street property.

Upon reaching the 400 block of South River Street, police observed William Milligan attempting unauthorized entry into a residence. The property’s owner confirmed Milligan’s prior trespass and stated he was forbidden from being on the premises.

Following his detention, a search revealed Milligan had various suspected narcotics. He was then transported to City Headquarters for processing and arraignment.
