Middletown mayor joins students for Read Across America celebration

MIDDLETOWN, N.J. — Middletown Mayor Tony Perry participated in the town’s Read Across America celebration at Village School, engaging with students in a day of reading and discussion.

Perry visited three classrooms, reading books and answering questions from students. The event aimed to encourage literacy and a love of reading among young learners.

“Three classes, three great books, and plenty of fun questions from some really curious kids,” Perry shared in a post on social media.
