Middletown, PA — A lucky Pennsylvania Lottery player is holding a ticket worth $400,000 after matching all five numbers in the April 28 Cash 5 with Quick Cash drawing.

The winning ticket was sold at Giant Eagle, located at 1356 Hoffman Boulevard in West Mifflin. The store will receive a $500 bonus for selling the jackpot-winning ticket. The winning numbers were 4, 9, 23, 26, and 39.

The prize amount is subject to applicable tax withholdings and must be claimed within one year of the drawing date. Lottery officials noted that winners are only identified once prizes are officially claimed and validated.

More than 11,600 other players won prizes in the same drawing, including lower-tier rewards. The Cash 5 with Quick Cash game includes a standard draw and an instant play option, giving players multiple chances to win.

Each $2 ticket includes both the regular Cash 5 drawing and a Quick Cash game, which offers instant wins of $2 or $6. The odds of hitting the jackpot are 1 in 962,598.

Winners of main draw prizes have one year from the drawing date to claim their prize. Prizes from Quick Cash must be claimed within one year of purchase.
