Two men died Tuesday morning in a tragic accident involving a power line while performing work on the roof of a church in Prince George’s County, according to police.
The incident occurred at the First Baptist Church of Camp Springs, located on Allentown Road. Authorities said the men were using a ladder during their work when it came into contact with a live power line.
Prince George’s County police confirmed the fatal incident involved electrical contact but have not released the names of the victims. The men were reportedly working on the church roof at the time of the accident.
