Police raid at Jackson home uncovers million dollar drug stash and gun, five arrested

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, N.J. — A court-authorized search at a residence on E. Veterans Highway led to a major narcotics bust earlier this month, resulting in multiple arrests and the seizure of significant quantities of marijuana, cocaine, THC products, psilocybin mushrooms, and a firearm, police announced Wednesday.

On April 10, 2025, members of the Jackson Township Police Department’s Special Enforcement Unit (SEU), along with the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Strike Force and Special Response Team, executed the warrant after a long-term investigation. Detectives recovered approximately 39.34 pounds of raw marijuana, 12.94 pounds of THC concentrates in various forms, 1.7 pounds of psilocybin mushrooms, and 4.98 ounces of suspected cocaine.

Police also seized packaging materials, a large quantity of drug paraphernalia, and additional marijuana and a handgun from a second search location on Gaelic Court.

Five suspects charged in connection with operation

Stephen Sigler was charged with multiple first- and second-degree offenses, including maintaining a CDS manufacturing facility and possession of a firearm during a CDS offense. He was lodged in Ocean County Jail following his arrest.

Rahsaan Riddick was also taken into custody and charged with cocaine distribution, paraphernalia possession, and conspiracy to distribute marijuana. He remains in the Ocean County Jail.

Brandon Wesby and Teresa Conklin were both charged with conspiracy to distribute more than 25 pounds of marijuana and were released on summons pending court appearances.

Mark Adams, who had an active warrant, was arrested separately by Shrewsbury Police and lodged at Ocean County Jail. He faces charges including conspiracy, cocaine distribution, marijuana distribution, and paraphernalia possession.

All defendants released under bail reform laws

As a result of New Jersey’s bail reform policies, all individuals were released from custody pending future court dates. Officials note that all charges are accusations, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
