BALTIMORE, MD — Two Maryland Lottery players in Ocean City and Silver Spring will share a $1.8 million Multi-Match jackpot after both hit the winning numbers in the June 30 drawing, according to state lottery officials.
The jackpot highlights a week that saw seven other players across the state win prizes ranging from $50,000 to $100,000, with winning tickets sold in Bowie, College Park, Colmar Manor, Jessup, Lexington Park, Nottingham and Silver Spring.
In total, the Maryland Lottery awarded about $30.2 million in prizes statewide from June 30 through Sunday, with 35 tickets worth $10,000 or more sold or redeemed during the week.
Players with wins greater than $25,000 must claim prizes by appointment at the Maryland Lottery Customer Resource Center in Baltimore. Prizes up to $25,000 may be redeemed at any of the state’s six casinos, while prizes of $5,000 or less can be claimed at over 400 authorized Expanded Cashing Authority Program locations.
Lottery officials remind winners to sign the back of tickets and secure them until they are redeemed, noting that draw game and FAST PLAY tickets expire 182 days after purchase.
