Allegheny County store sells $4.45 million Match 6 jackpot ticket
West Homestead, PA – A Pennsylvania Lottery player is holding a $4.45 million jackpot-winning Match 6 Lotto ticket from Tuesday’s drawing, lottery officials announced Wednesday.
The ticket matched all six numbers – 1, 7, 8, 21, 43, and 44 – and was sold at Cogo’s, located at 3439 West Run Road in West Homestead Borough. The retailer will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
The winner has not yet come forward. Match 6 Lotto prizes must be claimed within one year of the drawing date, and tickets should be signed immediately to secure ownership.
In addition to the jackpot, more than 97,900 other Match 6 Lotto tickets won smaller prizes in Tuesday’s drawing. The jackpot run generated nearly $25 million in sales, contributing over $8.4 million to programs that benefit older Pennsylvanians.
