Man fatally shot in Oxon Hill as PGPD launches homicide investigation

Oxon Hill, MD – A Washington, DC man was shot and killed Saturday night in Oxon Hill, prompting a homicide investigation by the Prince George’s County Police Department.

Officers were called to the 6500 block of Bock Terrace around 7:30 p.m. on October 18 for reports of a shooting. When they arrived, they found 32-year-old Kevin Michael Howe outside suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives are working to determine a motive and identify the suspect or suspects involved. No arrests have been made.

A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.
