Six players hit Treasure Hunt jackpot splitting $180K prize across Pennsylvania
Middletown, PA — Six lucky Pennsylvania Lottery players will each take home $30,000 after matching all five numbers in Sunday’s Treasure Hunt drawing, splitting a $180,000 jackpot in one of the game’s biggest multi-winner payouts in recent weeks.
The winning numbers drawn on December 21 were 5, 11, 13, 25, and 27. According to the Pennsylvania Lottery, four of the winning tickets were sold at retail locations across Luzerne, Allegheny, Erie, and Washington counties. The remaining two tickets were sold to online players through the official lottery platform.
The four retail locations that sold the winning tickets are:
- Gerrity’s Supermarket at 552 Union St., Pringle Boro, Luzerne County
- Sheetz at 9002 University Blvd., Moon Township, Allegheny County
- Country Fair at 8080 Peach St., Summit Township, Erie County
- Dierken’s Pharmacy at 100 E Main St., Monongahela, Washington County
Each winner will receive $30,000 before taxes. The winners have one year from the drawing date to claim their prizes. In the case of online tickets, the winnings are automatically deposited into players’ lottery accounts after verification.
In total, more than 59,700 other Treasure Hunt tickets also won prizes in Sunday’s drawing. The Treasure Hunt game is drawn daily and continues to offer strong odds for players seeking midday wins.
