Five $1M Powerball tickets sold across Pennsylvania in single drawing

Middletown, PA — Five separate lottery tickets sold across Pennsylvania each won $1 million in the same Powerball drawing, adding to a wave of big prizes in the state.

The winning tickets were sold in Philadelphia, Montgomery County, Erie County, Allegheny County, and to one online player for the April 29 drawing.

Each ticket matched all five white ball numbers — 3, 19, 35, 51, and 67 — but did not match the Powerball number 15.

Retailers that sold the tickets will each receive a $5,000 bonus, including locations in Upper Moreland Township, Harborcreek Township, Philadelphia, and Penn Hills.

Lottery officials said more than 18,000 additional tickets in Pennsylvania also won prizes in the drawing.

The jackpot, which reached $143 million, was won by tickets sold in Indiana and Kansas.
