Teens pulled from North Plainfield raging flood in front end loader

NORTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – A video posted to Twitter shows rescuers transporting three teens through raging floodwater in North Plainfield as Tropical Storm Ida dumped several inches of rain across North Jersey.
