TULSA, OK – On Thursday, at around 5:00 p.m., Tulsa Police Officers responded to a shots fired call at the Town Square Apartments located at 1607 E. Young Pl. Officers found a male victim, 28-year-old Markeon Harley with a gunshot to the head and lying in a breezeway. Harley died at the hospital a short time later. Detectives are actively working on this case, and so far an arrest has not yet been made. Anyone with information about what happened is asked to call Tulsa Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
