LEE COUNTY, FL – On Friday, February 4, 2022, at approximately 7:50 A.M. deputies responded to the 800 block of Cervantes Street in Lehigh Acres in reference to a suspicious call.
Upon arrival, a deceased man was found near a vehicle on the side of the roadway. Due to the nature of the incident, detectives with the Major Crimes Unit assumed the investigation. The incident is now a confirmed homicide.
