PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 18-year-old Missing Person Kayla Jackson. She was last seen on Thursday, May 26, 2022, at 4:00 pm, on the 66xx block of N. 21st Street.
She is 5’5”, 160 lbs., brown complexion, brown eyes, black & red hair and was last seen wearing a black Valor track suit and black Nike sneakers.
