WELLSVILLE, NY – Wellsville Police arrested Rachel M. Sebree, age 34 of Wellsville, charging her with Petit Larceny. The charge stems from an incident that took place at 7 Eleven on July 5th. Sebree was also arrested on a Bench Warrant for failure to appear in Village Court on previous Criminal Mischief 4th and Harassment charges. Sebree was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Sebree was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on October 4th at 4:30 pm.
