BALTIMORE, MD – On Thursday, around 5:07 p.m., the Baltimore Police Department responded to a shooting report on the 5300 block of Frankford Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 43-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his lower body. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
