Police Release Surveillance Photo of Rockville Auto Thief

ROCKVILLE, MD – The Montgomery County Department of Police is investigating thefts from several vehicles.

These thefts took place on Tuesday, at the Research Row Plaza in the 1400 block of Research Road in Rockville.

Surveillance photos reveal that the suspect forced entry into several parked vehicles, stole property, and fled in a four-door Chevrolet.

The suspect is described as a black male, in his forties or fifties, with a large build and approximately 5-feet, 10-inches tall. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black shorts, white socks, and white and red shoes.

A reward of up to $10,000 is offered by Crime Solvers of Montgomery County for any information leading to an arrest. Anonymous tips can be made toll-free at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477).
