Patchogue Man Pleads Guilty to Multiple Dunkin’ Burglaries

SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY – Christopher Volpe, a 44-year-old resident of Patchogue, has pleaded guilty to burglary charges related to a series of break-ins at Dunkin’ Donuts franchises.

The burglaries occurred between December 28, 2022, and January 20, across various locations in Suffolk County.

Volpe, along with co-defendants Michael Gruber and Kristen Osmolia, stole approximately $6,500 from the businesses.

Around $4,500 of the stolen money has been recovered following their arrest. Volpe is expected to be sentenced to 5 to 10 years in prison on October 13.

The case was investigated by the Suffolk County Police Department, and Volpe is currently awaiting sentencing.
