NEW YORK, NY – Police rushed to 206 East 119 Street on a Wednesday morning following a 911 call reporting a shooting.
Upon arrival at approximately 10:03 a.m., officers from the 25th Precinct discovered a 34-year-old male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his torso. Emergency Medical Services transported the victim to NYC Health and Hospitals/Metropolitan, where he was pronounced dead.
The name of the deceased has not been released, pending notification of family members. At this time, no arrests have been made and the investigation continues.
