NORTH BERGEN, NJ — The North Bergen Police Department has announced lane closures on Westside Avenue scheduled for Wednesday due to construction work. The construction will impact both southbound lanes and one northbound lane, starting at approximately 9:00 am and continuing until 3:00 pm. During this period, only one northbound lane will remain open for traffic.
Motorists are advised to expect heavy traffic congestion and to plan their commutes accordingly. The police department recommends using alternative routes and, if possible, avoiding the area altogether to minimize travel disruptions.
