Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Hosts Community Aid Event Ahead of Christmas

December 25, 2023

ATLANTIC COUNTY, NJ – The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office, led by Sergeant Clemente Martinez, in collaboration with Angels in Motion, organized a community aid event at the corner of Tennessee and Pacific Avenue. The event, held from 10AM to 2PM, involved distributing clothes, toiletries, and other items donated by co-workers, families, and friends.

More than 100 food bags, freshly prepared that morning, were also distributed to those in need. Each bag contained a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, a snack, and a water bottle.

The Atlantic City Police Department Community Policing Unit participated in the event, assisting with the distribution. Any remaining clothes or food at the end of the event were donated to the Atlantic City Rescue Mission and Salvation Army, further supporting community members in need.
