ROSELAND, NJ – Valerian Kapanadze, a 48-year-old resident of Hackettstown, faces charges of vehicular homicide following a fatal collision that occurred on Sunday. The crash resulted in the death of 56-year-old Luis Nicheporuck of Randolph.
Reports from NJ.com indicate that Nicheporuck had parked his Chevrolet on the right shoulder of the highway in Roseland and was standing outside his vehicle when he was struck.
According to NorthJersey.com, Kapanadze was arrested at the scene and is facing multiple charges, including vehicular homicide, child endangerment, evidence tampering, and several traffic violations. The specifics of the child endangerment and evidence tampering charges have not been detailed.
