25-Year-Old Injured In Baltimore Shooting

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department is actively investigating a shooting that occurred in the Eastern District on January 20, 2024. At around 2:55 p.m., officers were called to the 2600 block of Cecil Avenue following reports of gunfire.

Upon arrival, the officers found a 25-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his arm. The victim was quickly transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of injuries, which were determined to be non-life-threatening.

The Eastern District detectives are seeking information from the public regarding this incident. Anyone with knowledge about the shooting is encouraged to contact the detectives at 410-396-2411.
