D.C. Police Hunt for Kidnapper in Carjacking

WASHINGTON D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Carjacking Task Force is actively seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating a suspect involved in a carjacking, robbery, and kidnapping incident. This alarming crime took place in the 400 block of K Street, Northwest, on the evening of January 9th.

The incident began when the suspect deliberately maneuvered their vehicle to block the victim’s path, forcing him to stop. The suspect then exited their car and approached the victim, who was still inside his car. Upon the victim rolling down his window, the suspect forcefully took the victim’s phone and assaulted him. In a further disturbing turn of events, the suspect coerced the victim into moving to the passenger seat and then proceeded to drive the car.
