Man arrested in attempted murder stabbing tied to Northwest District attack
BALTIMORE, Md. — A Baltimore man has been arrested in connection with a stabbing that left a 51-year-old victim seriously injured earlier this year, authorities said.
The victim walked into Saint Agnes Hospital around 4:40 p.m. on February 1 with a puncture wound to the upper body.
Investigators later determined the man had been assaulted with a sharp-edged weapon in the 3900 block of Dolfield Avenue following a dispute with another man.
During the investigation, detectives identified the suspect as 45-year-old Floyd Best Jr. of Baltimore.

Best Jr. was arrested March 11 by Warrant Apprehension detectives in the 6500 block of Frankford Avenue.
Authorities said he was taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility and charged with attempted first-degree murder.
