Baltimore, MD — A Baltimore man is facing attempted murder charges after investigators linked him to two separate shootings that wounded teenage victims in the Southeast District within a five-day span, according to police.
Members of the Baltimore Police Department’s Warrant Apprehension Task Force arrested 21-year-old Donnell Thomas on June 11 at a residence in the 400 block of North Port Street.
