BALTIMORE, MD — The Baltimore Police Department reported a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) arrest in the Northwestern District on August 9, 2024. Northwest District Patrol officers were called to the 5200 block of Reisterstown Road at approximately 11:39 a.m. following a report of suspected drug activity.
