Woman arrested on warrant as man cited for dumping trash in Cumberland
CUMBERLAND, Md. — Police in Cumberland made two separate enforcement actions over the weekend, including an arrest on a warrant and a citation for illegal dumping.
Authorities said Kaitlyn Marie Alexander, 27, was arrested March 23 after officers served a bench warrant tied to her failure to appear in court on March 20. She had originally been charged with possession of paraphernalia.
Alexander was later released on her personal recognizance following a bond hearing.
