Man found shot to death inside vehicle on Penn Avenue in Wilkinsburg

WILKINSBURG, PA – A man was found dead inside a vehicle early Monday morning after being shot multiple times in what detectives are investigating as a homicide, Allegheny County Police confirmed.

At approximately 7:36 a.m., Wilkinsburg officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Penn Avenue following a report of an unresponsive male inside a vehicle. When officers arrived, they located the victim, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Allegheny County Police Homicide Unit detectives were called in to assist with the investigation. No information has been released about the identity of the victim or any potential suspects.
