Flashback: Multimillionaire Nancy Pelosi Heckled at town hall “How much are you worth, Nancy?”

October 21, 2021

It was 2018 and Donald J. Trump was still President. It’s now three years later and Pelosi has still not answered the question.

Here’s what happened:

U.S. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi was heckled during a town hall regarding economic equity after reading

‘These issues about the tax cut and then the cuts to initiatives that help people that’s part of the budget the national budget should be a statement of our national values of what is important to us as a nation which makes us strong,” Pelosi said. “And builds for the future should be reflected in our budget but what we have seen here is the complete opposite so this isn’t about Democrats or Republicans this is about the United States of America about our children’s future.”

After quoting Martin Luther King, Pelosi was asked how much she’s worth. The Congresswoman has been accused of profiting from her time in office, amassing million dollars in personal wealth.

“As Martin Luther King said AG of God really didn’t intend oh maybe it is God really didn’t intent never intended one group of people to live in superfluous inordinate wealth while others live in abject deadening poverty,” she preached. “These are a kitchen table issues so for America’s families because most you know most people are not in deadening poverty but some are but most people have to struggle to make ends meet.”

A woman in the audience shouted, “How much are you worth Nancy?”

“We’re not talking about that,” Pelosi responded.
