Landscaper hits $31K Racetrax score with lucky trifecta box bet

Perry Hall, MD — A Baltimore County landscaper turned a routine lottery play into a $31,311 payout after correctly selecting a winning trifecta combination in a Racetrax drawing.

The winning ticket was purchased at Perry Hall Petro, located at 8809 Belair Road, where the player placed a trifecta box bet using horses 10, 11, and 12.

To win with a trifecta box, the selected horses must finish first, second, and third in any order. In this case, horse 11 finished first, followed by 12 and 10, securing the $31,311 prize.

The winner was still inside the store when the race results came in and realized the outcome. Officials said she remained composed after confirming the win.
