Gopal pushes for bars on bikes across new jersey as some drinkers not ready to go inside bars yet

TRENTON, NJ – New Jersey is facing a lot of problems in the post-pandemic recovery effort after state Democrats allowed Governor Phil Murphy to lock down New Jersey and force draconian restrictions upon businesses for nearly two years.’

One of those problems is how to deal with people who are too afraid to drink alcohol inside the bars that didn’t shut down during the pandemic lockdowns.

During that period, many bars and restaurants have closed their doors due to the Democrat shutdowns, lockdowns, and harsh restrictions, which according to studies, did little to curb the spread of COVID-19.

Now, Monmouth County Democrat Vin Gopal wants to accommodate those New Jersey residents still too afraid to enter bars because of the two years of panic pedaling by his party. Gopal wants to legalize mobile pedicabs, bars on wheels to give those still to afraid to gather indoors with others a chance to drink at the bar.

“By designating certain areas for individuals aged 21 and over to drink outdoors, we can ease law enforcement challenges, while allowing local establishments to expand their business, and also foster opportunities for new businesses like pedicabs to grow and prosper,” added Senator Gopal

“Given that some residents remain hesitant about returning to their favorite restaurant or bar in person, this bill represents a common-sense measure that reflects a form of new normalcy for some businesses, and one more way for these establishments to attract patrons and remain viable,” said Senator Greenstein (D-Middlesex/Mercer). “Both restaurants and customers will greatly benefit from this bill.”
