Deputies arrest suspect after family reports disturbing encounter
HUNTINGTOWN, MD — A man is facing an indecent exposure charge after a woman reported he exposed himself while she and her two daughters sat inside a parked vehicle outside a Huntingtown convenience store, authorities said.
Deputies responded around 7:20 p.m. July 19 to the 7-Eleven at 3855 Old Town Road.
According to the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office, the complainant reported that a man later identified as 67-year-old Nathan Olando Jones, who has no fixed address, stood directly in front of her vehicle before exposing himself through a hole in his clothing.
The woman yelled from inside the vehicle, prompting Jones to walk away while still exposed, investigators said.
Deputies located Jones nearby and observed him pulling up his pants along with evidence they said was consistent with the victim’s account.
Jones was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.
