Man found shot multiple times on Washington Boulevard

Injured man remains hospitalized

BALTIMORE, MD – A man was rushed to a hospital Wednesday night after he was found with multiple gunshot wounds along Washington Boulevard, prompting a shooting investigation in the city’s Southern District.

Officers were dispatched around 7:13 p.m. to the 700 block of Washington Boulevard for a reported shooting. When they arrived, they located an unidentified male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body.

Emergency medical personnel transported the victim to an area hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.

Detectives assigned to the Southern District shooting unit responded to the scene and took control of the investigation. No suspect information has been released, and the circumstances leading up to the shooting remain under review.
