TOMS RIVER, N.J. – A man residing in Ocean County is being held without bail at this time after authorities charged him with multiple counts of child endangerment involving the alleged possession and distribution of sexually explicit material featuring minors.

Fabian Alejandro LugoSanchez was booked into the Ocean County Jail on Wednesday according to jail records.
