Rockville, MD – Trooper Josh Quase, serving at the Rockville Barrack, has recently opened his heart and home to Lola, a 12-year-old golden retriever. Lola’s heart-wrenching journey began when her original owner decided to abandon her at a clinic, seeking to have her euthanized simply because they no longer wanted the dog.
