The winning ticket was purchased at HARI DELI, located at 255 W. 36th Street, and matched all five numbers drawn in the game. TAKE 5 drawings are held twice daily, offering players a chance to win top prizes that vary depending on the number of tickets sold and winners per draw.

TAKE 5 players select five numbers from 1 through 39, with drawings broadcast live at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Prizes may be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
